Training effects game play. Your team will play how they feel. Neglect them and they will start to slump. Make sure you go down the list to give your players some time and they will repay your with better play. I have done this before.

yes your players need to be happy to perform well ... if they are sad they will not .......... so make sure you sort by mood training and the one with the lowest on the mood sort chart ... (double click on them so the player have your attention) .... do this for each training day so the individual player will have better performance

do this for every training day

Ok I ran a test I didnt train my team in mood and I saw that they were slumping. I started mood training and I began to win games.
